In My Mailbox was started by The Story Siren as a way to share books purchased, checked out at the library or received for review for the upcoming week!

I had a pretty good week – I had a fun trip to the bookstore, and then I used a bunch of Audible credits!

I haven’t heard of either of these books and yay for visiting the book store, I’m trying to avoid it right now, I’m on a book ban!

OOOO I need to order The First Days soon! I have the 2nd two books in the trilogy but not the first.

Also? The Amish book looks quite fascinating!

I’ve heard good things about The First Days, but I’m always pretty wary of zombie novels for some reason. I’ve been getting more into horror this past year, so it looks better and better all the time. I’m excited to hear about Growing Up Amish! Sounds very interesting. Enjoy!

I saw Growing Up Amish on Amazon? yesterday and was intrigued, but I have never read an Amish book..ever. But maybe I’ll give Amish literature a try someday..

Ohh Growing Up Amish?! That sounds like an interesting read! Every once in a while I’ll pick up a Beverly Lewis novel because the Amish are so intriguing. Very cool, hope you enjoy it

I hadn’t heard of any of them before, but they look interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book about zombies (too creepy for me, I think LOL). And the Amish memoir is definitely something even when it’s not the kind of book I usually read.
