In My Life
- On Monday, my 4 year old and I went for a hike at Garden of the Gods – one of my favorite places in the whole entire world! My kid was a champ – she hiked the whole 3 miles!! (And slept like a rock on the drive home!) (Click here for pictures!) Then on Friday we went up to San Isabel for a hike, so we had a mountain-full week! (I suppose reading all the Barbara O’Neal books have rubbed off on me!)
- I’ve been on a reality tv kick! (Not that I’m not always…) The Bachelorette is about to wrap up, which makes me sad! But I finally (after how long??) got hooked on Big Brother! How had I never watched that show?? It is so my thing! And then, I watched the first 4 episodes of ABC’s Glass House - because you can never have enough strangers living in a house and doing stupid things!
- I’m getting super excited for the Olympics! But I have to do all my reading before then – Every 2 years at the Olympics I do a crochet project – in Vancouver I did a blanket – so now I’m trying to pick my project for London. Any ideas??
