TGIF / Follow Friday

Brought to you by the lovely Ginger @ GReads

Friday, August 10th - Unexpected Books: Which books did you have reservations about reading, but ended up loving once you did?

I have two that stick out!

I hate zombie books. HATE THEM. Why? Because Zombies creep me out. They are gross. And to kill them you have to get up close to them. And they are shells of people you used to know – but not in a ghostly way. I don’t like Zombies. I don’t read Zombie books.

But Rhiannon Frater? You have changed that for me. At least for this series, which I simply couldn’t get enough of!

I don’t read Sci-Fi. Do you know who does? My best friends geeky older brother. The guy with the pocket protector? Who has a club for Trekkies. And wore a bow-tie. That’s who reads Sci-Fi. And my nerdy cousin – who is going for his PhD in some obscure science.

But, thanks to Beth Revis? Apparently so do I. (So I guess cool people read Sci-Fi too!)

Hosted by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read, as a great way to find new book blogs!

Q: Q: What would you do over if you were to start your blog again from scratch?

If I were to start my blog over? I would start with WordPress (I am still depressed, six months later, over the “Google Friend” followers I lost!)

Also; I’d come up with a formula for my reviews right away. I’m so embarrassed by my early reviews!

Otherwise? I love my blog, always have? Always will! (Or at least I hope so!)
