This Week Off The Blog
- My hubby is coming home tomorrow!! (He’s been out for six weeks this time, so we’re both ready for him to come home! I have a nice long “honey-do” list *lol* )
- On Tuesday a friend bought a Bushel of corn – so for $6 I ended up with 25 ears of corn! (And had a blast cleaning/bagging for freezing for the evening!)
- I spent the bulk of my week going between the library, the children’s museum and football practice with my 4 year old! It was an exhausting week, but she had a blast!

We FINALLY got a good solid rain here in Southern Colorado! (One that thankfully was slow enough not to flood the burn area from the recent fire!)
Stacking My Shelf This Week
It was another one book week here at For Love and Books! (I’m on a book buying ban – although I made an exception so I could read this one along with a friend.)
I bought it on my Kindle (because my library and local B&N didn’t have it) and unfortunately? I’m regretting the purchase at about 66% finished… Hopefully it redeems itself in the last 1/3rd!!
