Happily Ever Afters

One of the main reasons for reading romance novels is that warm and fuzzy Happily Ever After at the end!

I read so many reviews (mine included) that say “it was predictable”. But to me, that’s the point. Predictability means dependability! If I am in a bit of a funk, I know I can grab a romance, escape into the pages and know I will be left with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

The romance plot often goes like this: Boy meets girl. Boy gets girl. Boy loses girl. Boy gets girl again.

But you always know that in the end the hero and heroine will ride off into the sunset for their happy ever after!
